In Monaco, in the Portier district, the Ni-Box complex dedicated to leisure activities, mainly for young people, has begun to be demolished twelve years after its inauguration, to make way to a new and completely different place to live called Neuehouse. However, bowling enthusiasts can rest assured that this flagship activity of the Ni-Box will be relocated as soon as possible near the Louis II stadium, in the ZAC Saint Antoine.

The new complex is expected to be completed in 2024 at the same time as the Mareterra district. This new building, which reflects the district's evolution, will combine spaces for co-working, exchanges, conferences, activities and cultural events. It will also include an amphitheatre, a projection room and a restaurant on the roof terrace.

Built on the current site of the Ni-Box and of the same height as the latter, the future 5-storey building will extend onto the front façade of the Portier roundabout and will be entirely green in harmony with Mareterra.

If you wish to take advantage of the attractiveness of this district in full metamorphosis, Valeri Agency is at your disposal to help you find properties, for sale or for rent, which will fully satisfy you.
