The latest addition to Monaco's public car parks

The construction of the new underground car park, perpendicularly to the Portier street and on the edge of the future Anse du Portier eco-neighborhood, has been completed and the public can now use its 155 car spaces, including 10 reserved for electric vehicles in service and 16 pre-equipped and 7 reserved for people with reduced mobility, in addition to 34 spaces for two-wheelers. The entire complex is spread over 4 levels.

These works have enabled to reorganize and make more attractive the Portier street, especially the section located under the Larvotto viaduct, which initially had a ground parking area with a few dozen spaces, that were removed in the summer to leave the area for temporary terraces belonging to the restaurateurs already established. The creation of additional commercial spaces now allows these restaurateurs to increase their reception capacity throughout the year with permanent structures.

These works are part of the redevelopment of the Portier roundabout and the undergoing creation of the Mareterra district built on the sea.
