Château Périgord I
Located at 6, Lacets Saint-Léon, in the residential district of La Rousse – Saint Roman, Château Périgord I is one of Monaco’s most well-known addresses. Built in 1972 by Monegasque architect Joseph Fissore, who also designed the Schuylkill and Palais Armida, the building is characterized by its wide curved shape, typical of 1970s architecture.
Set above a base of shops and offices, the tower rises 30 floors in a recessed position, reaching approximately 93 metres in height — making it one of Monaco’s tallest residential buildings. Facing south, it features large wraparound balconies and panoramic views over the sea and city, appealing to both local and international clients.
