Completed in 2016, this architectural gem was designed by acclaimed Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, in collaboration with Monegasque architect Frédéric Genin for the construction phase.

The lower levels are occupied by prestigious retail spaces, notably a Dolce & Gabbana flagship store covering around 1,800 m².
The eight upper floors are dedicated to just one apartment per floor, offering remarkable living spaces between 500 and 1,000 m². A spectacular penthouse with a private pool crowns the top of the residence.
