Southeast of the island of Mahé, 30 minutes from the international airport and 40 minutes from the capital Victoria by the seaside road. The West Coast can be reached in less than 15 minutes.

Anse Royale is the nearest town with hospital, pharmacy, police and rescue station, restaurants and basic necessities.

Many beaches (sandy beach of Anse Parnel 10 minutes walk from the villa or 3 minutes by car) and possible hikes in the surroundings, visit of the Takamaka rum factory, fish market of Victoria, scuba diving and snorkelling, day on the islands of Praslin and La Digue, catamaran around the islands of Sainte Anne,  aux Cerfs and Moyenne, etc...  

A B O U T   T H E   V I L L A

The main villa consists on the ground floor of a large living / dining room / American kitchen of 80m2, laundry room and guest toilet. A large covered terrace extends the ground floor towards the landscaped garden. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with their bathroom (including a master bedroom with dressing room) and access to a covered terrace. On the 2nd floor, a large bedroom en suite with bathroom, dressing room and covered terrace.

A guest house, located next to the main villa and directly accessible from the garden, includes a large bedroom with sitting area, kitchen and bathroom.

Property fully fenced and supervised 24 hours a day by a caretaker.
