Co-ownership law: Clarifications provided by the ministerial decree
Clarifications have been made to Law 1.531 on co-ownership in Monaco. Two of the new provisions of the law, articles 11 and 21, needed to be clarified by ministerial order, which was recently done on 8 November 2022.
